Currently, we are searching for a Junior Email Deliverability Specialist to join our growing team.
About the Role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Email Deliverability Specialist who’s eager to grow in the world of email infrastructure and campaign success. You don’t need years of experience – but curiosity, commitment to quality, and the ability to follow structured processes are essential. You’ll be working closely with the Operations, Marketing Executives and Client Success teams to ensure our cold email outreach hits inboxes and performs at its best.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliverability Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyse key deliverability metrics including inbox placement, bounce rates, complaint rates, and engagement.
- Assist with daily/weekly performance reports using ESP dashboards and third-party tools (e.g., Google Postmaster Tools, GlockApps, Mail-Tester, MXToolbox).
- Monitor blacklists, domain/IP reputation, and sender scores regularly.
Email Infrastructure & Authentication Support
- Support the configuration and verification of email authentication protocols: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc.
- Assist in troubleshooting DNS issues or inconsistencies in setup.
Campaign Support & QA
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure campaigns follow deliverability best practices.
- Conduct testing, spam score analysis, and QA reviews of content, HTML, and headers.
- Assist with warm-up strategies for new domains or IPs.
Compliance
- Assist with compliance checks for GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regional regulations.
Documentation & Process Development
- Maintain accurate records of IP/domain configurations, warm-up status, blacklists, and issue logs.
- Contribute to internal process improvements, checklists, and training documentation.
Collaboration & Communication
- Attend internal team meetings and cross-department syncs as required.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding deliverability and performance issues.
- Proactively raise flags for anomalies or trends affecting inbox performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Basic understanding of email marketing or campaign management.
- Interest in technical components of email (headers, DNS, protocols).
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel).
- Comfortable working independently and following structured processes.
- Good written and excellent English speaking.
- Growth mindset and genuine curiosity for how systems work.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience using email platforms (e.g., Instantly, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Familiarity with email testing tools (GlockApps, Mail-Tester, Postmaster Tools, etc.).
- Knowledge of email compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Basic understanding of HTML and email formatting.
